Estimated Delivery Times

North Island: Usually overnight from dispatch date.
South Island: Typically 2-3 days from dispatch date.
Rural Deliveries: May take an extra day.
Saturday Deliveries: Available at an additional cost.

We currently use NZPost and Post Haste Couriers for our deliveries.

Once your order has been shipped, we will email you the tracking details.

If the courier is unable to obtain a signature or find a secure place to leave your parcel, a calling card will be left with instructions on how to arrange a pickup or re-delivery. We recommend sending deliveries to business addresses to ensure someone is available to accept the package.

Free In-Store Pickup

When purchasing online, you have the option to pick up your order from our Hamilton store at no additional charge. Simply select the "Pick Up" option during the checkout process. When your order is ready, we will send you a text message notifying you that your goods are ready for pickup.
